Make sure both controllers have enough battery power and can be turned on normally.

Step 1: Connect the Controller Receiver

Insert the dual-controller receiver into the appropriate port on the handheld console.

After connecting the receiver, turn on both wireless controllers and wait for them to connect successfully.

Step 2: Open Controller Settings

On the console’s main screen, press the ST button once to open the system settings menu.
